CD1 - finally!

After a very, very long cycle I am finally on CD1! I talked to the surgery coordinator today and my hysteroscopy is officially scheduled for Halloween. We have to be there at 7:30 a.m. Because Monte still doesn't have time off I was going to have to just have him drop me off on his way to work and have my mom pick me up. It really bothered me to think about having to be there by myself having surgery, so he is going to talk to talk to his manager about being available by phone that morning and staying at the hospital during the surgery. That would definitely make me feel better! :) I had to start Provera today to keep my lining thin until the procedure. That would lengthen my cycle by a week or more, so Dr. V said we could start bcp after the surgery to go ahead and start a new cycle right away to get to the FET sooner. I'm pretty sure I will do it because after waiting 22 stinking days to ovulate this cycle I do not want to go through an even longer cycle next time. I wanted to already be doing my FET by this time, so even though I know surgery is the right thing to do I don't want to wait any longer than we have to.
